At our headquarters in San Quirino (in the province of Pordenone), we boast a highly professional kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment to allow the training chefs to express their imagination and creativity in a welcoming and friendly environment.
In addition to the kitchen for demonstrations and courses, we offer our guests and experts a professional library for detailed studies and culinary inspiration.
